Compensation & Benefits:
We pay well. To keep Crew developing and incentivize exceptional performance, we review Crew twice a year. On average, Crew have the potential to receive a 7%-10% annual increase.
We also give all Crew Members a 10% discount on all products available in our stores.
We provide Crew Members with a great retirement plan. Trader Joe's currently contributes 10% of annual salary to eligible Crew Members, and the plan allows Crew to save pre-tax dollars towards their own retirement. You are making an investment in us—we are making an investment in and for you.
We offer medical, dental and vision plans to eligible Crew Members at a low cost (currently $75/month).

We are in need of Cashiers. At Monticello's there is never a dull moment on the floor! Our cashiers are special to us and are required to wear many hats on the job including #1 giving our guest the best check-out experience, #2 assisting in guest services, #3 stocking the store, #4 pricing, #5 keeping the coffee bar stock, and #6 receiving produce like from local bakeries, beer and wine vendors to name a few. As you can see, here at Monticello's our cashier are able to stay busy and have a change of pass throughout their day. We are looking for people with AWESOME customer service skills, love for great food, able to multitask, able to opporate in a timely manner and able to deal calmly with many different personalities, and able to give a great last impression of who we are here at Monticello. Must be at least 18 years or older to apply and above all having great customer service.
We are also in need of Butcher Block Customer Service Associates. People are coming to Monticello's for our meat. It is exciting and rewarding to help people plan their meal and teach them how to cook it and get to hear about their experience the next time they are in! Who doesn't like samples? This is one of the best parts of the job, sampling, and witnessing people joy in our product! We are looking for people with AWESOME customer service skills, love of meat and great food. Must be at least 18 years or older to apply and above all having great customer service.
Our Deli department is looking for Counter Customer Service Associates. We are looking for people who love food and love to prepare it. Some of the job details are as follows: Interacting with our guest in a fun and respectful way, keeping the case full and clean, food prep (making wraps, cooking chicken, dishing deli etc), slicing deli meat and cheese, offering samples (and having a few yourself - have to know your product!), understanding how to prepare and cook product, cleaning, assembling deli platters, etc. Must be at least 18 years of older to apply and above all having great customer service.
